It happened on January 15, 2023 in the amazing city of KASH, on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, surrounded by flowering tangerine trees. On this day, the idea of an auto microscope as the basis of a home laboratory was born and took shape. It suddenly became obvious that a microscope, if made small and fully automatic, could be given to all people at home. Then it turns out that all people at home can do microscopy of blood and all fluids and materials of their body. And if you add machine vision to this, teach it to recognize the necessary elements in the analyses, then you get a truly working tool for working preventive medicine. It also turns out to be an aggregator for all specialists, because people's data will be in dynamics. And this removes the main problem of preventive diagnosis and correction of healthy lifestyle on an individual basis. This is real medicine 4P, I thought, and almost fell off my chair from the scale of the nascent project.

Work has begun on creating a prototype of an auto microscope with control and visualization on a smartphone. The main task was to determine the sensitivity limits of the camera's CCD sensor and its position relative to the optical axis, as well as the ability to bend this optical axis in a tricky way so that the structure could fit into a small cube.

The task was to present the solution to medical professionals for their consideration, to listen to criticism and, most importantly, to hear whether our solution can really play a significant role in the field of preventive medicine.

The first significant success was achieved by parasitologists, specialists of the Scientific Research Institute of Tropical Diseases. They stated that a home laboratory is the only real chance to defeat parasites, because the user gets the opportunity to make observations in dynamics, this is the main element of the diagnosis of parasites. Because they do not always manifest themselves, episodically, and this moment can be caught only with regular monitoring. All you need to do is assemble a personal sample preparation unit. Well, for us it's a matter of technique. The microscopy database for all parasites is now available to us. And there are leading experts in this field who are ready to participate in the training of the future neural network.

The next to join us were blood research specialists who have been engaged in native microscopy for more than 10 years and have collected a huge set of blood image data corresponding to all diseases and all human risk conditions.

This project turned out to be of interest to everyone, including narrow specialists from different fields of medicine.

It turns out that blood really tells us about the quality of the main body systems, on which absolutely everything depends.

It turned out that our method of analyzing plasma mobility in a live blood sample under a cover glass has never been used in clinical practice until now. Although it directly visually shows how our body copes with the conditions that we have created for it. First of all, this applies to the liver and pancreas, which are hostages of the effectiveness of the thyroid gland.
This is such a golden triangle, where the liver is the head of everything. It is not surprising that this is the only internal organ that can regenerate with the loss of more than 50% of the organ.
This proves once again that the liver is from the word "life"!

We moved to the open space, to the techno diver Gain Stride club-cafe, where there is high traffic and a lot of young people. 
I started testing our analysis method on volunteers. It was important for me to see people's reactions. To understand if they are ready to buy such a solution. More than 20% are ready to make an advance payment. 95% of respondents aged 25 to 75 showed interest. 

We managed to attract the first investment of $ 15,000 to create an industrial model of our microscope in a cube case, with dimensions of 12x12x12cm. 

Work has begun on the formation of a USP and texts describing the project.

Experiments with various natural ingredients and their combinations that normalize the blood condition: Melon, Cranberries. Wormwood, a mixture of peppers, grapefruit and pomegranate, beetroot, beef liver, rosehip tincture, garlic and others

For 3 months, I conducted experiments on myself and volunteers with different nutrition systems, raw food, interval fasting, 36-hour fasting, 72-hour fasting, veganism, keto diet, etc. 
Everyone has different results - it is clear that each person has their own path in this direction and now it can be effectively selected just by looking through a microscope. Even children are not afraid to look at their blood, everyone comes, everyone is very interested.

This summer, the production of optics and control boards was launched.

The engineer who develops the board is a unique specialist, it is rare to meet such a person. This is a great success. Our team was also strengthened by specialists from the optics laboratory, which stood at the origins of the development of microscopy engineering of global importance. We really hope that the head of this department will become our partner in the project! Meeting and negotiating with the owner of a network of clinics in the USA, he is very interested in the development of microscopy, expressed a great desire to participate in the project.  We met several private wellness specialists with a large number of clients in several US cities.

Getting to know a new team member in the USA. This is a significant moment, because firstly he is a specialist in the production of anything in China, and secondly he is an active participant in the business and sports community in the United States, which allowed us to actively count on the support and dissemination of our solution in the United States. He really liked the idea of the project. Because by blood, you can see how algae-based dietary supplements affect the body of each individual athlete. It was important to him. 

It was obvious to me from the very beginning that the project should be started in the USA, now we have a solid base for starting, which is growing every day!

Our device is ready! We are currently testing it in the sunny Turkish city of Kaş. The ISAYAH Home Healthcare System (a project within the development of the 4P medicine platform, aimed at users, preventive medicine doctors, primary care physicians, scientists, researchers, and pharmaceutical manufacturers) is based on a novel blood analysis method (and potentially all body materials that can be analyzed via microscopy), which differs from existing methods in that:

FORMULA: An express method for diagnosing biomaterials, which consists of: placing a drop of capillary blood on a specially designed single-use cartridge-slide. This cartridge-slide allows any user to perform the procedure without special preparation, at any location and time, without the need for glass slides, their sterilization, or the use of immersion oil. The cartridge is designed as a book, and when closed, the unique mobility of the glass plates in it allows the blood drop to be covered with minimal pressure from the glass to enable the visualization of plasma mobility/viscosity by observing the speed of blood cell movement, without deformation, under a 100x immersion objective. This setup, in conjunction with a specially designed optical axis, tube lens, and CCD matrix/chip, provides effective magnification of at least 20,000 times, allowing the observer to see red blood cells sized between 5 and 50 µm (depending on screen size) in high resolution and quality on any display device. The device is a specially designed, autonomous microscope in a compact format with overall dimensions not exceeding 36 cm in length, width, and height, enabling use anywhere and anytime without special preparation or a dedicated workspace.

After closing, the cartridge-slide is placed in the microscope, and the user can view their blood in native/live form, unprocessed and unstained, in real-time on any personal display device, whether wearable or stationary, without the use of wires. This enables assessment of qualitative parameters in addition to quantitative ones, and control of the microscope and its stage through any chosen personal display device via pre-installed software/mobile application. This software allows data accumulation and visualization, making the solution suitable for regular use.

The mobile application can accumulate user history and other current data such as diet, gender, age, genotype, data from trackers and wearable devices, medical tests/research data, and other information obtained outside the described system. It can send this data to a specially designed cloud-based portal via the internet. This portal creates personal accounts for users and specialists, facilitating communication and access to user data by AI machine vision algorithms. These algorithms are trained to identify and measure quantitative and qualitative parameters of native blood samples, including plasma mobility, which directly correlates with its density. This density, in turn, depends on the amount of dissolved substances, reflecting the user's digestive system's workload and efficiency, which is fundamental to immune function and allows assessment of the current state and effectiveness of health measures undertaken by the user. These measures include lifestyle behavior, diet selection, exercise, quality and adequacy of rest, biohacking experiments, longevity, outpatient treatment, and other actions.

The AI machine vision algorithms, capable of identifying and measuring native blood parameters, can also compare current results with previous data and data from other users. This, combined with historical data, allows for the formation of a database, identification of patterns, and optimal action recommendations for the individual user.

We need to state that our method essentially enables microscopy for mass usage, with data being analyzable by cloud-based AI computer vision. This method applies not only to blood but also to stool, using a sample preparation system that allows for the accumulation of daily samples over a minimum of 21 days. After this period, the content is filtered in such a way that only cysts, blasts, parasite eggs, and fungal spores pass through the filter. This filtrate, through microscopy connected to computer vision algorithms, allows for the detection of all known parasites for which datasets of their images under the microscope exist. Additionally, microscopy as a universal method of diagnosis and visualization enables the user to examine any biological materials, including in defocused mode for observing transparent samples, and in other modes such as dark field and various light sources. It also improves the quality of immunoassay diagnostics dynamically and regularly, at any place and time, by any user without special training. This allows for the accumulation of a database of such studies and, with the help of AI, the identification of all possible patterns of body functioning, causes of diseases, immune system performance, and the functioning of other systems and organs of the human body.

A method for self-conducted rapid diagnosis of one's own and other biological materials dynamically, on a regular basis, at any place and time without the need for special training, comprising:

  1. Any biological material, particularly a drop of capillary blood taken by the user using commercially available or included certified lancets, is placed on a specially designed cartridge-slide, allowing any user, without special training, at any place and time, without the need for using slide and cover glasses, without the need for their sterilization and cleaning, and without the need for separate use of immersion oil. The specially designed automatic personal microscope, made autonomous, in a miniature format with overall dimensions not exceeding 36 cm in LxWxH, allows it to be used anywhere and at any time by the user without special training, without the need for preliminary deployment, and without the need for allocating a special place for this work, thanks to its miniature size, autonomy, lack of connection wires, and automatic modes, including auto-targeting, auto-sample passage, and auto-focusing.

  3. The cartridge-slide, after closing, is placed in the microscope, after which the user sees their blood in real-time on any personal visualization device, placed within the case or in a wearable or stationary form, without using wires, in a native/live form, unfixed and unstained, allowing the assessment of its qualitative parameters in addition to quantitative ones, as well as control of the microscope and its stage through any selected personal visualization device using pre-installed software/a mobile application, which allows data accumulation and demonstration of their dynamics, made possible by the availability of the solution for regular use.

  4. The mobile application has the capability to accumulate the user's medical history and other current data such as diet, gender, age, genotype, data from their trackers and wearable devices, data from medical tests/examinations, and other data obtained by the user outside the described system, and send the medical history data and native microscopy research of the user via the Internet to a specially designed portal located on a cloud server. This portal allows the creation of personal accounts for users and specialists, facilitating their communication and access to user data by AI computer vision algorithms, trained to identify and count quantitative and qualitative data of the user's native blood samples, including plasma mobility, which directly depends on its density, which in turn directly depends on the amount of dissolved substances in it, indicating the workload/efficiency of the user's digestive/cleaning system, which is the basis for normal functioning of the user's immune system, allowing the assessment of its current state and the effectiveness of measures taken by the user in health control and management, such as behavior within a healthy lifestyle, diet selection, sports activities, quality and adequacy of rest, biohacking experiments, longevity practices, outpatient treatment, and other actions related to the impact on the user's body.
